Latex balloons are not allowed.
The party planner's regular office hour is Mon-Fri from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Some Mondays and any other time may not be connected by phone call.
The final confirmation date is until Thursday 1 pm. After that time, Add-on menus cannot be added to your party.
Only possible to change individual meals or drink for children.
You cannot change party order information within 1 hour before the party starts.

Deposit is required to hold your spot or reservation.

Full refund: 1 month or more from the party date. / 50% refund: less than 1 month from the party date, more than 2 weeks away. / Non-refundable: less than 2 weeks from the date of the party. / This is not related to the reservation date.

Any special décor other than the items we provide must be brought and set up at the start time of the party

For the Whale room, number of children must exceed 20. For headcount, only the number of children will be considered.

Paramedic/Fire Fighter/Military/Police Officer 10% Discount - must bring appropriate identification and applies only to the package price. It only applies for parents(mom or dad) of the birthday child.

Kids under 3 years old who need special dietary, allergic issue, or any other religious issue, we understand the circumstances and will allow outside food & drink.

Parties must be booked at least 7 days in advance when booking online. You are able to call or email our party coordinator for any inquiries on parties closer then 7 days. *depend on availability for that day.
