Hello KidzGo families! 😍 We are coming to the end of 2021 and we want to thank everyone for all your kindness and patience with our company! As of November 15th we'll ONLY be accepting the QR code for your vaccination record! We are implementing this to our indoor playground to help keep all your information safe and secure! We ask that everyone please try their best to help follow our guidelines to keep all our staff and your families safe!
As of November 15th 2021 we will require a valid photo identification and one of the following :
● QR Code Proof of Vaccination with photo identification
● Proof of Negative Test within 72 hours (test must be privately paid for and not an AHS result) with photo identification
*Will not apply to under 12 years old
*Full Vaccination only
*The medical exception letter must come from a nurse practitioner, physician or psychologist
*Mandatory in the facility
*Other accepted forms of proof of vaccination include:
-Other provincial vaccine records
-First Nation vaccine records
-Canadian Armed Forces vaccine records
-ArriveCan app and valid international travel identity document
